Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The location was excellent, being near the station and shopping, making it very convenient for traveling to various places. The service was very friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. However, the room overlooked the air conditioning system for the hotel and railroad tracks, which was a bit of a downside. The dining options were good for Japanese style cuisine but had limited choices for Western-style items, starting a bit late at 7 am.
The hotel had big, nice, and clean rooms, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes which, as a non-smoker, was very off-putting. The prepaid check-in meant I couldn't charge breakfast to my room the next morning, having to pay separately.
Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. The rooms, though slightly larger than standard Japanese business hotel rooms, were spotlessly clean. The staff, particularly Donki, were incredibly hospitable and made our stay memorable. The location was unbeatable, just across the road from Nagoya train station, making it super convenient for travelers relying on trains.
The hotel rooms are quite spacious compared to the standard size in Japan, but the prices seemed a bit high for us. The prepaid arrangement made it inconvenient as I couldn't charge my breakfast to the room, and the smell of cigarettes was off-putting.
I found the hotel to be a nice choice for my stay. The rooms were a bit on the expensive side, but they did offer a nice city view, which I appreciated. The location was excellent, surrounded by convenient transportation options and shops, making it a great spot in Tokyo. The service was top-notch with friendly, professional, and very helpful staff. However, I believed the dining experience could have offered a better variety of food choices.
